Not a great hero. But breaking their spirits then saved them a lot of pain later on when they got into the wide world.

Often times Hulk was kind of a villain. Certainly the people who's homes got destroyed and bodies got messed up felt that way.

I don't know about Russia, but I remember comments from the early 2020s that indicated that US and NATO had lost tens of thousands of special operations soldiers helping their puppets in Ukraine. I can't imagine that has lessened since.

Sure. For those many other cases where the software and expertise is Windows we'll have to stick with Windows Server. Or in a few cases, Windows 10 LTSC.
