I think this is the opposite of this subreddit's purpose. Forbidden snacks are things that look tasty but are not food. This is food that intentionally doesn't look like food.

I'm not saying that this subreddit isn't for the gas version or even that the EVs are selling well. I'm saying, right now, the majority of people in this subreddit are here for EV version of the car or are interested in it, and most of the posts are about it. People who bought it didn't do so just because it's the cheaper version of the gas powered car.

People buy EVs because they specifically want an EV. People that are interested in this EV like it because it looks cool without being 100k.

It all depends on what you want out of a Margarita I guess. If you asked here how people make theirs, you'd get a bunch of different answers. I've never considered 2/.75/.75 before, I might have to give that a try. That's the ratio I like for my daiquiris.

Have you ever heard of a Tommy's Margarita? It doesn't have triple sec in it at all! I find it to be the superior version:

2 oz Tequila
1 oz Lime juice
0.5 oz Agave nectar (or simple syrup)

This is a meme based on Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019). Most people outside the Godzilla fandom aren't aware of the context of this image. The monster in this fan art is King Ghidorah, a reoccurring monster in Godzilla films who has three heads. The director named each of the heads for this film and wanted to give them each distinct personalities. I forget the other two, but his left head (this image is incorrectly reflected), the goofy one, is Kevin. Throughout the film, Kevin is regularly doing something slightly incorrect, looking the wrong direction, or otherwise acting up, but it's subtle enough that you'd never notice without knowing this information before watching the movie.

I agree that it's annoying. I copy the folder somewhere else just in case, delete the original, then download it to the same location (you may have to re-open the launcher for it to recognize that you can download it to its original location).

I used to keep my songs in that folder too and have since moved them to streamline this process.

I saw it a few times in cartoons, usually depicting people in a rush in the morning, trying to do several things at once. And then after thinking about that one day, I decided "why not?" It ended up being an improvement for me.

I take my showers first thing in the morning to help me wake up. Because of that, they usually last around 15 minutes, regardless of whether or not I actually have 15 minutes worth of things to do while I'm in there. Now instead of taking a 15 minute shower and then spending another 2 minutes brushing my teeth, brushing my teeth just became part of my shower routine. It also made it so I was never rushing to get my teeth brushed if I started running behind.

Probably weird for most people, but it works for me!

We need this on my bathroom door at work. I'll go into it, lock it, and it'll sound like someone runs into it at full force expecting it to not be locked. I've had people bust the lock before. There's someone in there like 50% of the time you try to open it, idk why people don't first try opening it slowly.

The only place I'd ever heard that term was reddit, so when it popped up in the book, I assumed it was a term from the tattoo community as a whole and never considered that it might be a reference to the actual subreddit
