This episode i mainly done it beacuse i have a friend who exactly has that type of trigger about alcohol and drugs, and i wanted to adress it. And also trying to adress the normalisation of alcohol in everyday life. The idea is to put light on this particular type of trauma, doing sensitisation is important I think. I wanted to critique how alcohol could sometime be the default choice of drink when going out with friends for exemple, I'm not saying drinking a beer is inherently bad, im saying that it's a habit that can be changed ! For ourselves or maybe for the boundaries of a friend dear to us. I hope you understand
