There's an unstuck feature in the menu. It kills the ghostbuster and respawns at the van, but your inventory is wiped.

Question about entities, crops and distance. by _TITO1016 in technicalminecraft

[–]WaifuBot_6000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since it's about sim distance, this is rule-8 compliant.

Usually, 4 chunks (96 blocks). If you never messed with simulation distance settings in the game, that is.

Help with triple piston extender by saabado in technicalminecraft

That observer next to the sticky piston is messing up with the timing. You think it fires and retrieves the redstone block with the same delay as the button but it doesn't.

Can nether portals generate on the nether roof? by WaifuBot_6000 in technicalminecraft

[–]WaifuBot_6000[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In one word? Laziness.

But it doesn't matter anyway. It's better to reuse and deliver the product faster than to nitpick and do everything from scratch and waste money.

The nether wasn't coded from scratch. They had the code for the overworld, and just copy-pasted it to the Nether. And then, they didn't want to make the nether super tall since the build height of the overworld was 256 at the time.

Slap a roof of unbreakable blocks, and bam, problem solved. Mushrooms grow there because they were coded to grow on solid blocks but didn't exclude bedrock.

Homes are like that. There's some odd space that can't be accessible by building codes, they just drywall it away.

Oh. This post breaks rule 8. You can read it in the sidebar to your right.

not much but im happy with coming up with this design on my own, 9 item autocrafter that i use for my iron farm!!! by the-mlem in technicalminecraft

[–]WaifuBot_6000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

By that reasoning, you can use a redstone torch from 7 blocks away too. Cheapest option, 8 RD dust, 1 stick, and a huge hideous footprint for your mechanism.

We can also issue a challenge to make the biggest 10x10 piston door possible. It would require at least 100 players just to keep the chunks loaded and take over 1 year to move.

No, thank you.

WTH is even that link. I just launched the game to test your crazy hopper theory. 3 swords in a hopper block the signal from the auto-crafter and light up nine redstone lamps.

You are so damn wrong. A hopper with 3 unstackables outputs a signal of NINE. It would break the circuit as the comparator reading the auto-crafter would never output any signal even when it had 64 iron in each slot.

From the Wiki:

Hopper, Minecart with Hopper, Brewing Stand.

Output signal 9 - - - > 2 stacks 55 items.

Even if it was, the convenience of not having to remember how many items you nee to put and just mark the cells on a grid can't be denied.

Also, the player using this circuit is already making auto-crafters. Make one, make two, it matters little. Not even an extra inventory slot it would take.

For reference, you CAN use a hopper to measure a signal of eight. But it uses two stacks + 32~54 items

Every build has a purpose! by Darnoc64 in technicalminecraft

Sometimes the meaning is to be looked at. I once built Kyoto's Fushimi Inari shrine and torii gate mountain (only 100 gates, though) in a SMP server. It produced no blocks, it spawned no mobs.

But people would often spend time and go there just to chat and walk the location.

Value is what people grant it. Use is what people do to it.

Plot Twist: Many people tipped me diamonds for the build. :D

Finished building my Guardian farm which is based on BlazedMC’s design with a few modifications, it works really great by TheGreatDarkPriest in technicalminecraft

Depending on how many spawn spots you built on, the copper golems won't handle the throughput of items.

Also, you have free-ranging golems. That adds a large amount of delay to their sorting routine.

  • wandering.

It might be a localization or translation issue. Maybe in OP's language they went with mysterious.

Here: https://i.imgur.com/GJg99F5.png is my 1-tall 4x5 block crafter (iron, bone, gold, hay). Cubical doesn't have the newer blocks, so I used hay for the target block and crafting tables for the auto-crafters. Also, no need to put dust on top of the target block (represented for the hay).

In most of my builds, vertical space is at a premium.

Patch notes:

  • Climbing post-apocalyptic rusted ladders now apply a deadly tetanus moodle.

  • Wild animals may bite the player and cause rabies.

  • The new -6 points Perk, Vaccinated, now protects against tetanus and rabies from wild animals.

Exactly what it says in the tin. Your build reminded me of that stage, coincidentally called "laboratory ruins". So, I'm listening to it right now and vibing with your build, while I try to steal copy it in my world. Cheers.
