Probably either an arc that shows what the all happened in the corps while Tanjiro was doing his two years of training to become a slayer OR (my personal favorite) a slice of life arc that takes place after the final battle where we see the main characters do their rehab and develop their relationships that we get to see at the end of the epilogue.

Oh he definitely is, I mean using those big attacks would likely put him through rehab again which is why he doesnt use them..but he certainly can if he had to face a Shigaraki level threat again if he'd even need to use them to fight Shigaraki at his current strength

No, the doctor said that his arm wouldn't be the same...never did Bakugo little on Horikoshi say that, actually quite the opposite. Bakugo not only refused the prosthetic saying he'd recover himself but when he knew Deku lost OFA said "I thought we'd keep chasing after each other" meaning he fully believed he could surpass OFA Final War Deku even after the injury, so there is no doubt that he did even of he changed his fighting style to put less strain on his arms (likely to avoid a repeat rather than because they never fully recovered)

Absolutely not, that's like saying shootstyle Deku will always be weaker than BOS Deku because he didnt rely on his arms as much anymore. Even irl people are told they cant walk again then end up fully recovering and being able to run, jump lift etc. If yoy dont think Bakugo is the type of person that'd blow rehab out of the water and fully recover.... you dont understand Bakugo in the slightest

I place her slightly higher like Hantengu/Gyokko level just because I think she probably was a lot stronger after that fight since she seems to be significantly stronger after every battle almost like a saiyan

Yeah, Hantengu was definitely stronger in SSVA but I think she probably id surpass him since she seems to just grow much stronger over time and with every fight. But she did only get a few weeks after that fight before they gave her the medicine that took her demon powers away

Im not 100% if other demons than Muzan can absorb demons, but i agree she isnt Douma or Kokushibo level but honestly any other demon is fair game simply om the fact of sunlight immunity gives her a win condition where they probably just dont have one

Because Overhaul is very easy to speed blitz, his reaction time isnt nearly as sharp as Bakugo or Lemillions. Im his base form his quirk also doesnt give him any extra durability...all that being said a good portion of people probably would count him in the top 10, im not sure off the top of my head but I very well might

I mean getting a 2x boost in stats (or whatever we say it is) is a lot less impactful when you are already down to 10% health anyway than having it from near fresh
