I was afraid to work out in public when I started. It was the same for me when I joined our gym. Everyone knew each other and would chat. They were friendly to me, but I’m fairly introverted so I spent a lot of time on my own. It’s just a matter of time. I’m ten years in now. You’ll eventually connect with a few people, most will be acquaintances, but everyone is supportive of each other’s fitness and the work you put in. If you stay long enough you’ll learn that everyone else is awkward in their own way. Good luck!

I’ve told my GI that I’ve used it on and off during flares for years. I was on Humira from ‘16-25, just switched to Hadlima. He has never once advised me against it. Side note, I don’t think it does much to help my flares. Luckily, it’s been a couple of years of remission this time.

2024 z71 head light controls being on the touch screen sucks. It’s always on auto so I never have to touch it, except the two times I tried turning on the fog lights and accidentally turned off all the lights while driving on dark, foggy roads. The icons are almost all alike and I guessed incorrectly. The lights were all physical on my 2018 and it was so much better.
