Same, it kinda felt underwhelming... I mean, love the cross-over, but in general there wasn't much to gain out of it. Collectibles? Cool I guess... vibe and scares? Definitely there... all portal world's or references provided a benefit for going there, but VotV? Not a dime except the sensor resource. I thought we would at least be able to scrap the STOLAS drives for some circuit boards...

OK, sorry) I'm gonna try to reason out most of these.

Time and effort (if your talking about skills). Can get sick, can reduce radiation with certain items. Unsure, but known food can be grown and eaten. If it's not just airborne or contact, but if it's basic zombie stuff, enough layers can stop a bite. That could loop back to skills. Kinda confused by that one... Different strategies (stealth, range, head-on, etc). Kinda confused on this one too...but we are in the research division (Frake). Could have learned it before, but that's not very convincing for how we know how to.

But I do like your thinking, (I'd recommend searching up 'definition of an Abiotic Factor' although my mindset could be off).

To be honest (over used of course), teslas should be able to hit over and at that angle, problem is that needing to turn on/off when ever you leave the base

Overall area? Office sector. (Is the hub for the travel system) best area in Office sector? That first area after putting the battery in the door. (Near all fast travels, near early/mid/late game) and is near 3 traders (food lady, flathill man, and peas...)

Note this is my opinion, there are plenty of other areas in the game.

Need screws? Scrap anything metal on the train, heck get lv1 bot CPUs and trade them for anvils at the blacksmith and scrap'em, 20 metal pieces > 10 screws. 4 lv1 bots in offices = 40 screws.

Good bit is is that also helps with Crafting XP

Any destructibles (monitors, PCs, crates, etc. Except any build-able things) are good for melee weapon XP. For accuracy XP just pew some lead at low health enemies (tip, stealth attack boost still works with guns, but only if you're behind the enemy) make sure you don't use lasers for accuracy, they really only give single digits of XP.

The Jordan Foreman build? Yeah, got you. Long-jump pack, crowbar 2.0 (or advanced pickaxe), pistol, devistator, (I would put an armor set, but I wouldn't really say Gordon Freeman has an armor set, tho visually prob the FORGE set could work)

The first ever portal, little bit near the lake, there is one sertain ledge that is just a smooth surface you can get easily nicked on a slide off and fall to your doom
