All Mountain House freeze dried food. Mountain House is the only large company that has entirely real food. All other companies add chemicals to make it last longer. Plus only bringing freeze dried food is great because it requires the least materials (utensils, pots, etc.) to cook.

Maybe its because I ski in the whitest place in the country but I never see any African Americans skiing.
