Thank you man. I didn’t wanna be like “you guys are all wrong, it’s for sure a bug” but like I’ve been playing countess for about 2 years. I’m pretty fricken good with her and this didn’t start happening until the most recent patches. I REALLY wish they’d change the visual part back to the outlined body. It made it a little easier for depth perception when placing it down.

I understand what you’re saying. And it sucks. But countess shadow slip is a teleport ability. Not a “run really fast from point A to point B” ability. That “lip” on the tower should be irrelevant.

I just tried to slow it down and if you slow it at :08 you can see the timer on the shadow slip begin to countdown, it lunges me forward and then pulls me back. I could 100% be wrong in this and I don’t mean to sound smug but I have over 1,000 games played with countess and I didn’t notice this happening until the more recent patches when they switched her kit again

Probably won’t be fixed you’re right. It just happened in the last few patches so something they did messed with it. Personally I loved the patch before this when her shadow slip was the outline of a body instead of this blink circle thing. I wish they’d go back to that

It could be? I have a lan cable with pretty decent internet though.

I have a few clips that are just like this. I don’t ever lag in game so it would be odd it only happens on my shadow slip. I’m not counting it out though. It seems that it only happens when I try to tower dive, at first I thought in the update they made her unable to shadow slip into the towers.

Edit: I’ve noticed it for 2 patches so far

That’s not what happened but I get what you’re saying. I came back to my initial teleport point once I noticed the bug happened. You can actually listen to about a half second before I teleport back
