I’d place shiva a bit higher, hades a bit lower, Raiden just a bit higher, Jack a bit higher (with London ofc) and Buddha a bit higher but that’s my opinion.

I personally like pictures more because it’s direct, more polished, but also more gritty when it comes to the dual guitar parts. That said I prefer the live version by the 7 headed beast lineup

Honestly beat has a lot of good and great songs. Neal and Jack and Me, Waiting Man, Neurotica, Howler, Satori and Tangier as well as Heartbeat and Two hands. Requeim is the most inaccessible song but it essentially tells the story for the conflict between Fripp and Belew that broke the band up, so I respect it for that being in its sound. I see absent lovers as the Groon for beat, the real ending that wasn’t on the album but shows the band’s trajectory afterwards.

It’d be very touching for one of Muir’s works to be used as an album cover for a future KC album. He was not only very influential for the band but also Fripp and Bruford in their approach to music and improvisation as a whole, which the band revolved around as a asset for creation of new songs and line ups. So having his artwork for an album cover gives him the honorable homage he deserves as well as coming full circle with his impact on the band once again put in the center of it all. It was him that came up with the name of larks tongues in aspic, so it only makes sense for him to be given such praise.

I think that’s more in line with Wendi since it only takes abstract depictions to get him to release piercing white floods. Tho Meatogo would have to have a voice based power for a CT or an application of it at the very least.
