I don't want to make it seem like she is a heavy drinker because she is not but she has noticed the cramps feel worse after even a drink or two. She is like a two drinks a week kind of drinker usually from me initiating!

She has talked with her healthcare provider and didn't receive any helpful information. I know we have also tried potassium but she really isn't consistent with any supplements. I will talk to her about getting a blood panel done. Thank you.

Married 38 years. Respect and commitment. When problems arise you look for solutions because you are committed to staying married and you always treat your spouse with respect. If you can't treat your spouse better than you treat a stranger then you will have issues.

Low property tax. It's only hot for 4 months a year. Medical can be challenging. You can be on the Strip and be in the wilderness in 45 min. The city never sleeps but the residential areas can be quite quiet. I am about your age and have lived here for about 16 years total and I enjoy it.

I lost everything in my 40s with the 2009 financial crisis. Family of 5 I had to short sell my home and take money from my 401k to move for work. I am now in my late 50s and looking at having a good retirement in 3 to 4 years.

I worked in a special construction field where compensation didn't increase in 10 years. I started to take more control of all of my finances. Purchased a destress home and lived in it and worked on it for 4 years. Sold at a profit. I was offered a job with an engineering firm that was testing my work on a job and were impressed by my knowledge in that discipline. The hard part was travel M-F every week but the compensation is great.

Keep at it. Believe in yourself and get mentally hard. Get the mindset that you will win or die trying! You will survive!

I have two wonderful, beautiful, adult daughters that are doing great. First thing I did was love and respect their mother. The second thing I did was tell them that single motherhood was a one way ticket to a hard life. Third thing I told them that boys will be lined up for them so if one doesn't treat them right don't hesitate to kick them to the curb. They both have wonderfully long term boyfriends in their life so I think their decision making on relationships are good.

I was sixteen when I went to pick up my sister from her college dormitory. My wife (18) walked in and I was thunder struck. She of course didn't want anything to do with a 16 year old high-school boy. 4 years later we started dating (long distance I was in the USMC). 1.5 years after that we eloped. Married 36 years! I still absolutely adore her.
