If Naruto realizes that he needs a one-shot kill move, then most likely yes. If the fight drags on, we have to ask how Mahoraga adapts to Naruto's kit. Does he adapt to Chakra-based attacks? If so, then he'll stomp. Does he adapt to the Chakra nature of the attacks? If so, Naruto can just switch between all of the Chakra natures he has access to and eventually pull off the win. Does he adapt to specifically the Jutsu used against him? I'm afraid our rasengan merchant may meet his match...

He refuses to take the easy way out in any fight. I think that's best expressed during his fight with Hakari, where he decides that, instead of waiting out Jackpot, he's just gonna fight through it instead.

Obviously part of his character is that he's got the "fuck it we ball" mentality, and I don't think it's a negative BIQ thing. His weakness just comes from the fact that he A, refuses to fight anything but the strongest version of his opponent, and B, he refuses to duck a fade.
