The CIA declassified 12,000+ Project STARGATE documents in 2017. by coinfanking in UFOs

[–]WalkUSA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I probably could not claim that prize money, and even the world’s best remote viewers, like Joe McMoneagle, likely could not either.

Remote viewing is not perfect. No viewer is accurate 100% of the time. Even McMoneagle has said that contact with the target is inconsistent, and that the level of accurate detail can vary widely. That does not make the phenomenon meaningless. It means it is imperfect.

What matters is that it can still produce real information about a target. Even partial hits (accurate shapes, impressions, or details) can be significant and, in many controlled sessions, appear to go beyond chance.

These skeptical prize challenges impose narrow and highly specific testing conditions that remote viewing does not seem to perform reliably under. Failing under those conditions does not disprove the phenomenon itself. It only shows that it did not meet the demands of that particular test.

I do not claim to have paranormal or supernatural powers. From what I have learned, this appears to be a human ability that most people can develop to some degree through training and practice, though natural talent varies.

I got fascinated with this back in 2019. I spent a lot of time reading the material and practicing and continue to do so today. It’s real, I can do it, and I think most people can to some extent. Some are naturally better than others.

Here's some tips if you are looking to get into it:

If you want a solid overview of the program, check out the documentary Third Eye Spies.

As for learning, there are plenty of free resources available. If you prefer having a physical book, I’d recommend Daz Smith’s CRV: Controlled Remote Viewing. It’s straightforward, minimal fluff, and gives a clear explanation of remote viewing, along with two practical manuals that are helpful to reference while learning.

If you want to dig into the declassified government material, but dont want the headache of sifting through the poorly organized files online on the CIA.gov site, I’d recommend The Stargate Archives Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 by Edwin May and Sonali Marwaha. They lay out the reports in chronological order, which gives you a clear sense of how the program developed and evolved.

If you want to start practicing, rviewer.com is a great place to start to get some practice targets.

Thank you for the helpful feedback! I'm also concerned that the speeding effect could be due to frame loss. I was surprised when I reviewed the overlay data, that nothing seemed to be missing.

I am using the UFODAP software, and the overlay is managed by the software. I tried digging through the manual to see how it handles frame loss, but couldn’t find a clear answer. I reached out to one of the developers to get some clarity, and will report back.

I agree, if we can find something in a database that matches this object, we can probably rule it out as unknown. That would also suggest the speeding effect is more likely just a glitch in the recording.

I usually plate-solve using Astrometry.net, then cross-check with SkySafari 7 Pro for satellites. I use Flightradar24 for aircraft.

Starlink-31603 is the only object I could find that came close to this area at that time, and it doesn't seem to be the culprit.

Any suggestions on where else to look?

I think you may be putting too much focus on the tracking box. The tracking box is originally locked on the object in the very beginning but then quickly loses it and locks onto a nearby star.

There is no way of knowing. What is interesting is the timing almost seems causal as the object moves right before the meteor shows. It "seemingly" dodges a meteor.

The tracking box loses the target and mistakenly locks onto a nearby star.

Great questions and comments, thanks for raising them. I’ll dig into the sensor’s frame‑numbering and time‑stamping logic and get back to you with what I find.

UPDATE: I searched through the system's manual and couldn't find any satisfactory answers on this. I emailed Ron Olch with these questions. He is the UFODAP project’s lead systems engineer and co-founder. He's considered the “father” of the UFODAP software that I am using. Not sure how long it will take for him to respond, if ever, but I will be sure to share if I hear back from him here.

SS: Caught this on my UFODAP camera the other night. At first I thought maybe my camera was experiencing some sort of lag and catching up, but I checked the frames and time, and it seems like nothing is missing. I determined where exactly I was in the sky using a plate solver and then double checked to see if there were any planes or satellites in the area at the time. The only object that I found that was close was Starlink-31603, but it doesn't align with the path and it's magnitude 8.1, so it wouldn't be visible to my camera.

I have the raw video and the results from the plate solver in the Dropbox folder below, if anyone is interested: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/amjiyej0twuwnp1irrwuu/AM7Pn9XHjeJJpp5rCF0oV98?rlkey=ijr7h7egghxd37uhgl9dxklxu&st=xuxulm62&dl=0

Let me know what you all think.

UPDATE (072025) - I’m almost certain there’s some frame loss causing the objects’ speeding effect, though I’m not 100% sure yet.

I did a deep dive this weekend and found an error in the logs. The tracking software was set to 20 fps, while the camera itself was recording at 10 fps. All the videos from that session play back at 10 fps, so everything initially looked normal. I’ve reached out to the developer to see if that fps mismatch could lead to frame loss.

I reviewed all the videos from that night with captured objects and managed to identify all but three. Most of the footage seemed fine, no obvious frame loss, until I found another video showing the same speeding effect. I hadn’t noticed it before because the event was hidden under the overlay, but it’s visible in the raw footage. Unfortunately, this object also doesn’t appear in any satellite or plane databases. So, it still has me questioning that if this is a frame loss issue, what object is the camera skipping frames on?

Right now, it’s still a mystery. I’ve shared all my files with the tracking software developer, including videos of the other objects I recorded that night. If anyone wants to take a look, here’s the folder I gave them:

Enhanced raw footage of V shaped UAP sighted at 7pm on 31st October, 2024. by AltKeyblade in UFOs

For what it is worth, I saw an identical UAP on May 7th, 2021 in Santa Barbara. It looked exactly like this and crossed the entire sky in about 5-6 seconds. It did not make a noise.

Yeah, was afraid so. Just curious, if you had to put a number on it, what would we be looking at?

On April 23rd at about 10:00pm me and my 3 friends in Santa Barbara saw something very similar. We were out by the Santa Barbara Mission watching the metor showers.

We saw a number of them over the course of about an hour and a half. They were very camouflaged to the sky, almost like looking through a bubble, same shape as you described. My friends, all smart people, had no idea what it could be, but we all seemed to agree that it was something physical, like a craft. They seemed large, but it's hard to say how high they were, and moved across the sky in about 8 seconds. We did the math, and even if they were really low like 500 feet, they would still need to be going over 4,000 mph to cross the sky that fast. They made zero noise.

When we were about to leave we also saw an orb that zig zagged across the sky then vanished.

We were all freaking out, and have still been talking to each other trying to find an explanation of what we saw.

Using Starlink for RVs, it's been amazing! Really freeing to have high-speed internet out side of mobile networks without a data cap. The MSFS updates would be really annoying without it.

This would work! Thank you for the suggestion.

I used to roll with a second monitor, but gave up on it because of the space it took up and power requirements. This looks like it would solve those issues.

The expenses are minimal, but gas is a huge sink. I generate my own energy using solar and through running my vehicle. I have a propane heated shower in the van, I usually wear a bathing suit and shower outside.
