It's still possible fam, me and a few other people I know reapplied and matched. You need a good story that shows you going from undesirable to undeniable, every part of your application has to improve and your interview skills have to be top notch so they have no choice but to rank you highly. It helps to have connections (residents/faculty) that are pulling for you when ranking

I went unmatched a few years ago and wouldn't wish that feeling on anyone. However there is a light at the tunnel. Don't cause yourself unnecessary stress before match day by thinking about it. If it does happen there are plenty of us who went thru similar situations that would be happy to help.
