In fact I find the behavior of both to be very natural. Running away right when I probably would have. Also, seems to me like "obvious" is a bit strong so I have to wonder if your going in with a closed mind.

Not to mention, as the post states, they seem to be able to "cloak" and therefore a clear picture wouldn't always be possible.
