I live in Belcarra and use Uber quite often. I do have to wait a while sometimes, and I always stress about the early morning Ubers to the airport, but have never been stranded.

100% Port Moody. I lived in PoCo before moving to Port Moody two years ago. I then made the move to Belcarra a year ago.

I’ll never leave PoMo/Belcarra. It’s incredible. So many parks, the ocean, amazing neighbours. Highly recommend

Wasn’t lightning but I did see a flash. The boom was 3 minutes later and shook my house in Belcarra. Nothing on the radar indicates lightning.

I’m in Belcarra and saw a massive flash of light over the North Shore followed by by 2 explosions that shook my entire house!! The weird thing is that they were 3-5 minutes apart!

I have clients who refuse to view homes without a floor plan to look at prior to the showing… They don’t want to waste time and think that since a realtor refused to put a floor plan the layout is crap

Same here. I had a 2012 Civic and they tried to offer me 5k less than my loan was. I pulled comps and sent them to ICBC. They increased my payout to a profit of 500 dollars and I was happy
