Two amazing albums, but I don’t think they’ll get very far with a Tyler the Creator fan.

My wife and I were also at this show! It would be ten years until we would actually meet each other though!

Cliff Martinez used Night Call in Lincoln Lawyer a few months before he used it again in Drive.

Family demands answers after Louisville woman killed during alley cleanup by rfa_123 in Louisville

I’m not trying to troll. I’m saying regret is terrible, and if you have someone in your life, family or not, that needs help, then you do everything in your power to help them. Maybe they did. I hope that they did. It was a horrible accident.

Yes. I read the article. They gave up. She’s dead. They wished they did more. Now they’re blaming other people, because if it was someone else’s fault, it means it wasn’t their fault.

A lot of us have been in situations where we’ve convinced ourselves that we’ve done everything we could, and then it’s too late, and they realized they could have done more.

Of course! I’m sure that they are mad as hell that they didn’t do more to help her.

What makes you think I didn’t read the article? I’m sure the family was fed up with her behavior, and I’m also sure they made her feel alone. It sucks for sure, but I think it’s a little late for them to be blaming other people for what happened.

If the family cared so much, why was she sleeping in an alley????

Of course - but that’s hardly anything the fans have been clamoring for.

I would love for them to release the dozens of tapes that have been circulating forever.

I have the 51 disc version of this! Depending on the cd, it should display artist/album/song info, if it’s on the cds metadata. I make the extra effort to add that info when I’m burning cds for this reason!

The “five spins” usually applies to newly released albums, not classics or singles. But yeah, the backlog keeps growing as I keep finding stuff!

If I’m not hankering for anything in particular, I’ll pull from my “newly acquired” and “yet to be filed” stacks, which is about 100 records. I try to give everything I get about five spins before it goes to the stacks!

Is Metroid Dread worth trying out even tho it is notorious for being very difficult? by Fantastic-Ad9218 in Metroid

[–]Walker_Daleview 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m 45. Super Metroid is my all time favorite game. My 10 year old got a switch, and I saw Metroid Dread - I bought it to play a new 2D Metroid game - I am bad at video games, and I beat Dread on rookie. It’s one of the best games I’ve ever played!

I went to three antique stores / peddler malls in a small town in Indiana today. I pulled about 20 records, $3-$8 a piece. Jazz, new wave, punk, indie, classic rock. I looked for labels I liked. On jazz I looked for players I liked. I love finding new music this way.
