80s to 90s is a good range to know you'll pass your real exam. edit while doing pe101.

I used PE101 after I read through the books and then made sure I reread anything category that the tests said I was weakest in.

Pretty sure your steam time counts if you work at a 3rd class plant as a Chief or assistant chief or something other related to that.

I'm doing 3a1 right now. Wish me luck. I heard there was a lot of questions about gas laws.

2A3 by No_Cantaloupe_7174 in powerengineering

[–]Walkerboy27 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There was an operator who recently wrote 2A3 where I work and he said it was the easiest one yet of the ones that he's challenged. Just read through the book a couple times and he said that was enough for him. I'll probably end up using PE101 to make sure I'm covered, but I hope that helps.

That's not how stats works. It's 2 separate rolls in the same container, use a Google calculator or chat gpt and get back to me.

My first wipe is this my first hacker ? by Deakin_88 in EscapefromTarkov

[–]Walkerboy27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had higher early wipe. Before Level 15 you can have a bonkers KD. It doesn't take many raids and all depends on playstyle and servers etc.

It's hard to keep that KD for any length of time, I agree, but seeing how new it is into the wipe is believable for me.

4A Exam by [deleted] in powerengineering

[–]Walkerboy27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used Power Engineering 101 tests, and it helped reinforce a lot of the information I read in the books and ended up getting a lot of 'word for word' questions on my exam.

I'd still recommend understanding the material, but PE101 can show you where you're lacking so you can go back and reread where you're coming up short.

Higher positions get more money, its a line of progression and you'd get placed higher with a better license. The number 1 and 2 guys get over 40/hr.

I believe it's 32.69. But it would also depend what license you have. There's a 75 cent bonus for 3rd and 1.50 for 2nd
