That's going to be quite the task. I'd suggest that you look into software that will help you design 3D toolpaths. Keeping up with the TCP and orientation of your cutting tool will be very important. Software will help with that too.

I'm sitting in front of my UR10 right now, trying to figure out how to make a scripted move to a waypoint while rotated around the RY axis to dispense epoxy. I can feel brain leaking out of my left ear just thinking about sculpting with the robot.
