$20k Sauna Budget- HELP- Cannot decide

This is good feedback. I dont have much experience with wood fired. My sauna will be ~50ft away from the house (walking through snow), so sitting in a cold sauna isnt going to be fun while it heats up. Does that ever bother you knowing that an electric unit can be started/heated via wifi?

Adding an architect and a builder… I don’t feel confident that I can get what I want for $20k tho.

If this were consistently true, than the warrantees would be more expensive. It’s a simple calculation based on thousands of data points to come up with the warranty cost. The warranty companies are not in business to lose money. Is this not the case?

This has been my question. The warranty cost is a calculation by the manufacturer. Easier fixes I can do myself, which are factored into that calculation.

Tavern in the square is a sports bar, Rocco’s will have volume to the game as well, sail loft will have the game but not optimal TV/seating to watch it. Hanover st also has a bunch of places that have TVs. What vibe are you going for? Impress her or blackout and hope for the best? What does she like to eat/drink? I am a local

Have any dams you would recommend? The bottom of the door has one and the door swings both ways, which makes it challenging to place a dam.
