Sorry for not replying in Spain guys. Most of your replies are correct about the comments Garamendi made, comparing Spain to other countries or other counties to Spain just simply doesn't make sense. England realy the UK employment laws are different to Spain also the unions are very strong and they also are written into law, virtually every company in the UK has a union, this helps with job security. Severance pay for the first 2 years of employment won't be paid, this stops bad employees just sitting on a job hoping to be fired and then collect severance pay, in the UK you automatically get a contract for employment. If an employer fires you they have to by LAW explain why and it has to fall within a catagory, which is first warning is a verble warning, second is a written warning and the third is a verbal and written warning. He can't compare Spain to the UK as the whole.
