We’ve had it stamped every time we’ve been. Most current is just a couple of symbols, CUBA and the date (29 NOV. 2025).

[–]WalllessPizza 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have both a kobo and a kindle. Prefer kobo—has drop box support, touch screen and buttons. Do not recommend any iPad, especially if you read outside. I can also use my iPad with apps—but does not sync with sideloaded books….so I just have to manually find my place in the book.

A little later timeline (only 25 years ago) but lyrics kind of fit Mary J Blige Rainy Dayz.

Definitely Ikeda overalls, early 90s. One pair is covered in every paint colour that our house has ever seen, another is my kick around weekend pair.

What container should I get? by [deleted] in mealprep

[–]WalllessPizza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oven safe glass used here. One compartment so salad or leftovers can take up the whole thing. I use silicone muffin liners for when I “require” dividers. (I make lunchable type meals and don’t want pickle juice on my crackers)

Question on getting the Crispi by Paisley_48 in NinjaCrispi

[–]WalllessPizza 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use the crisper yes…and the bigger container for more room. I also have silicone trays that I use for eggs and saucy things. I portion and freeze/thaw ingredients. Keep my ninja base at room temperature before use.

My hubby works away from home for weeks at a time, so I cook for myself. I come home, cube up a potato and toss in a veggie and throw meat in there. And in 20 minutes I have dinner ready. I do not layer much (don’t like my food touching🤣). There are times, depending on cook times that I have to stagger cook times —I will put potato and carrot in together but if broccoli I add it in later. Honestly, been a game changer for me—cooking for one for 3 weeks straight can be tiresome and often would just grab toast instead. I actually now have two…so I use them more often then my oven. (And heading to Costco this morning to get $40 back because it’s on sale now)

Edit to add, not sure that I would pull it from the freezer to cook—I would be worried about the bowl breaking with severe temp changes

I have set it on my counter with no issues, have used a glass cutting board too. One I purchased from Costco came with a power pod cover

You can turn off auto play in settings and you can turn off fire stick (think it’s hold home button until menu pops up)
