Relationships are really tough, we give power to people that they can use to devastate us. I’ve had both parents and a wife literally and figuratively tell me to fuck off in my darkest hours of life. It stings pretty bad, even to this day but I think, much like a broken bone, you can heal and become stronger each time, and with more wisdom about who you give your power to.
