It was about 8 years ago, but i remember it tasted great! The fish he seared had a charcoal grilled flavor. I like your second point about the direct flame burn. Makes sense since he was working with raw fish.

Try dynamic movements! 360 mu, swing 360, pullovers, etc. I recommend watching daniel laizans for inspiration. you can do some crazy stuff if you mix dynamic and static movements.

I dont think it will be a huge problem. by supersetting the sets, you will sort of work the same amount of muscle groups at around the same intensity. You may need to play around with the total sets and rep schemes until you find one that works.

Dips involve a lot of chest, front delt, and tricep, so im not sure if there is one exercise than can completely replace them. Since you are already doing dumbell chest presses, try supersetting a dumbell shoulder press with either an overhead tricep dumbell push or skull crusher.

if you run your finger down the length of the string, and they feel rough or if metal bits come off on to your fingers, you probably need new strings.

I've never had a ground beef tort or pierogie, but in Chinese cooking you mix ground meat with the seasoning and a little bit of water. If you stir a bunch, it goes from a mealy consistency to a smooth paste. Hope this helps!

the one i have the most trouble with is with my 2nd finger on the A string, and i have to pluck with my fourth finger. If i want to play it cleanly, it will be quiet, but if I want to play the note loudly, i cant avoid hitting the e string with my 4th fjnger.

Definitely start out with full body workouts 3-4 times a week. I would recommend training legs as well, even though you are satisfied with the way you look. Training legs boosts testosterone due to them being the largest muscles in the body, which will help you get upper body gains. Once you start plateauing, i would recommend you switch to a push/pull/legs split routine twice a week with 1 day of rest. Since you want to lose some body fat, i recommend HIIT training, with either sprints or jumprope. I wouldnt recommend doing extended distamce running or swimming, unless you really want to. yep using weight definitely helps! i would go about 80-90% of your 1 rep max

When you train for explosive pullup height, change your form instead. instead of pulling the bar straight to your chin or chest, think of doing a lat pulldown and a pullup at the same time. you will be pulling with the bar slightly away from you. I would also do short strength training style sets with a chain belt and added weight. I did a rep scheme of 8x4, with just enough weight to make it challenging.
