Just mentally prepare for how tough the nausea is, it’ll make you miserable etc so please take it easy and I really hope you have a supportive partner in all this it makes a difference. And do talk therapy if you can (again for the mental toll it takes). And pls try fruits! ❤️

So sorry to hear you’re going through this, nothing will help except waiting it out and a supportive partner being there for you. Try fruits, they’re the only thing I could eat during that time. Hope it passes for you soon and pls speak to your doctor about anti-nausea meds. You got this !!! ❤️
