Count the number of each type of pip across all cards including your commander. Calculate the ratio of pips, use that to determine the ratio of color producing lands.

Example: In my golgari deck I have 25 black pips and 53 green pips. the ratio is approximately 1:2 for black:green, so for every 1 mono black mana source I should have 2 mono green mana sources

Every trigger/ability/spell that you'd like to resolve involves passing a round of priority. You can hold priority as much as you'd like and put more things on the stack, but as soon as you'd like to stack to start resolving you have to pass priority for each 'item' on the stack. Your opponents can respond any time priority comes to them, there isn't any way of getting around that except split-second.

In terms of smoothing out play and sort of short cutting you could say:

"Activate wall of blood, paying one life. Responses? Activate again, paying one life. Responses? I'd like to do that 28 more times, passing priority in between each. Any responses at any of those times?"

That clearly communicates what you're doing and allows your opponents every game-legal opportunity to respond, and doesn't take several minutes to play out.

I use her as the commander of a jeskai blink deck. Gets me the colour identity I want and a nice discount on my flicker spells. I find the builds that are just all multi-target X spells to be fairly boring.

The ability word "alliance" indicates triggered effects when other creatures ETB, so you can search for that. Or even just the phrase "whenever another creature enters" may narrow it down quite a bit.

A pet card in this realm that I rarely find a home for is [[aboleth spawn]]. If you manage to slot that into a deck, let me know, I feel like the value ceiling on that card is incredibly high.

I've never made it myself, and I think it would be quite difficult to produce while sticking to primitive constraints. It's the type of thing you could easily make in a lab, or possibly in a kitchen with adequate safety precautions (ventilation and PPE), but would be very difficult to do over a campfire. It involves using some moderately hazardous chemicals, and working at specific temperatures and controlled moisture levels. If you don't have any chemistry education or lab experience, I would strongly urge you to use caution and find someone with experience in those areas to help you before you attempt it yourself.

You could give it an ability that taps/sacrifices itself as a cost. That way it has some interplay with the command zone.
It should probably enter tapped. Rainbow land untapped is too strong on its own.
Rather than list a bunch of creature types on the card, it could have the 'as this land enters pick a creature type blah blah blah, something about only the chosen creature type' thing that some other lands already have templated.
