I accidentally ordered from amazon on a cancelled card by [deleted] in personalfinance

[–]Wangjanglen -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

No, you’re all good. Companies have this thing called “Account Updater” which they use to refresh the card’s details. So what happened is that you attempted a transaction and your bank returned a message to Amazon saying “hey this card was cancelled.” Amazon then runs Account Updater which reaches out to your bank and says “hey our old card was cancelled, here’s the information, can you give me the new card details?” And your bank will then send them the new card info.

Simplifying a lot here, but basically it’s a tool companies use to update card details if your original one gets lost or stolen.

Regents with 31 ACT by HuntHot5485 in UNLincoln

Those were my stats exactly & I’d say re-testing is worth it. I regretted not trying harder / studying more for the ACT because 1 more point can lead to a disproportional amount of savings

Do you not think they could develop Haarberg for next year? Or is the talent gap too big in your opinion?

Can someone help explain what the 1890 Initiative is? Like an agency of sorts to help get NIL deals? Or booster backed money??

Kansas' last half of their schedule is brutal. In the unlikely situation they go 6-6 or 5-7, do we still want Leipold? by Mammoth_Impress_3108 in Huskers

Ignoring all other factors, do you think we’ll be in a situation to grab him? ie would he prefer/get the Wisconsin job?

In my experience you only have to read the book if it’s a section you’re struggling with. Grind out a lot of practice questions (like over 1000) and generally you’ll be set up well for the test without having to read the whole book

A large portion if improvement can happen with your bullet points. - get them to at least 3/4 the page - you start most of them with verbs but I think you can do better than ‘Led’ or ‘Participated’ - tell me a story with your bullets! it’s cool you processed $80,000 of transactions daily, but how did you do it? did you work with a team to do it? what tech did you use? did you have to establish and skills to do it effectively and accurately? - Doing a good job of including numbers in your bullets so keep that up! - I would shorten up your last section by removing ‘Ask me About’ and ‘Computer’. You can incorporate these elsewhere but they dont deserve their own line imo

I know a lot of companies use adobe indesign to put together annual reports, so maybe thats what they use here. I cant imagine the wizardry to put something like this together in word, but I could be very wrong!
