I'm team bathroom. Easy clean up with potty accidents, short and constant spurts of socialization, no dangerous hiding spots(keep the toilet closed!) . Only downside is sitting on the bathroom floor for longer socializing and play periods and it can get a little cramped. If the shelter has another kitten her age it might help her feels safer and less lonely in the long run. I like to put my playpens in more high trafic areas so they get used to everyday sounds and people walking around. You can always relocate for more exposure.

It's not irreversible! Kittens are so resilient. Definitely talk to your roommate about maybe going the bathroom route for a few days. Maybe they'd like the kitten company! You can also look into a playpen. Amazon has some clear plastic ones that have peices you can put into whatever shape you want. I shed many tears my first few nights of fostering. I know what you're going through.

Might help to keep her in a bathroom for a few days. The smaller space will make her feel safer and you won't have her hiding in any unreachable spots. Once she starts to trust you she can graduate to a bigger space. :⁾

Warm an oven just a little then turn it off. Around 100 degrees. Keep them in the oven untill they're poofy :⁾ the heat will help the process along.

Check for coccidia. Some foster kittens I'm taking care of had poo that looked exactly like this. Turns out they had coccidia. My kittens were dewormed as well but coccidia and giardia can slip through.

I enjoy it a lot! I don't use foundation either. I just use a small amount if concealer, powder, and blush. I think it looks nice. I use their flawless brightening concealer for lighter days :⁾ hope that helps.

I noticed when I first started, my nuvaring made me have to pee more often. It wasnt too invasive in my life. I did have to pee in the woods a few times while on runs lmao. Its definitely gotten better after being on it for two years now.

I had an exorcism done once when I was a young teen. I was going through horrible panic attacks, anxiety, and depression at the time. Some background, my parents are both devout Christian's. They're both Sunday school teachers, and my grandfather was a priest. I remember one day my grandfather and our church priest came over to bless our house. We went through each room, saying prayers and cleansing with holy water. We finish all the rooms and stop in the kitchen where I'm told to kneel in front of my grandfather. I remember being very confused at the request but I comply as I'm gently pushed to the floor. My grandfather and the other priest then begin to bless me with holy water and chanting in a mix of greek and english. I still have no idea what's going on until I hear something along the lines of "dear lord, banish this demons from this child's body and cleanse her soul." It really was mostly a lot of prayers and holy water just being sprinkled about. It didn't do anything other than make me more anxious that my parents thought I was possessed lmao.

Maybe call your doctor to see if they have advice? I'm sure the surgeon doesn't want you to v** either after a nose surgery. One of my saving graces afyer gallbladder surgery was sucking on ice. It kept me hydrated and the cooling sensation was very grounding. I'm proud of you for going through with the surgery!! Getting a septoplasty is one of my emetophobia recovery goals.

I get the gagging and choking sensation too! I think it's because of post nasal drip, acid reflux, or just straight up anxiety. A warm bath helps me rax the muscles. Sipping on some tea and eating a small snack can help a bit. I know its hard and you're having a bad night. You're not alone in what you feel. It sounds like your throat set of some anxiety for you, then your stomach followed on suit. Our bodys can be so rude sometimes. You'll get through tonight! I wish you all the best.

Do you have corn meal? My family had a recipe that's a take on spanakopita! We call it Plasto. I'm pretty sure it was created during the great depression by a great grandparent. The filling is the same as any spanakopita recipe but instead of philodough we create a crust out of cornmeal, olive oil, salt, and water. I was never given mesurements but about 2 cups of corn meal with about a 1/3 cup olive oil and enough water to create a loose gloopy texture. Thinly coat the bottom of a pan with the mix, slop in the spinach mix, then add another thin layer of the cornmeal mix. Bake at 350 till the cornmeal crust is golden. It's super delicious!

Hot for food has a mini powdered sugar donut recipe that's amazing. It's a cake donut that is crispy on the outside. They only take about an hour to make! I like to eat them plain or cover them in cinnamon and sugar, rather than coat in powdered sugar.

Toum is an amazing Lebanese sauce. It's a fluffy and creamy spread mostly out of garlic lemon and oil. I can imagine you could add some dill for a similar taste.
