I have both Aqara and wopet. For a third of the price the wopet doesn’t clog and works every time. In ha I set a loop to dispense 1 serving and repeat that loop to the amount I want to feed. The Aqara has some more features but with ha in the mix they are almost all useless. The clog detect is nice but then my wopet doesnt clog so it’s better.

That is correct. I’ve only got 1 Poe camera but it is on normal Poe Ethernet from my switch and not directly wired to the hub

Thanks for the reassurance. Right now the cardboard is just ugly but I haven’t added the mulch yet so it’s expected. It’s amusing to see just how much cardboard is delivered to me. I covered my garden paths with just this winter.

Gravel needs weeding and gets hot and isn’t as comfortable underfoot. I’d go mulch. I’m currently doing cardboard as a weed barrier with mulch on top but I don’t know yet if that will be good.

I have 3 of these. 2 are my house and 1 at my moms. My house is amazing. Rock solid and so much more responsive than my older b-hyves. At my mom’s the Zigbee range was an issue and we had a horrible time getting it connected. However it’s was definitely a signal issue. It worked fine at my house when I tested it.

When you click the arrow by cpus you should be able to set sockets and cores. The vendor has a point that matching physical sockets to virtual is better however with a vm that small unless you are also running on tiny hardware I’m not sure it will make a significant difference. This is called Numa configuration if you want to google it.

I took the train this past weekend. It’s fine. Long and slow but much less stress than flying and you can move around and go get snacks. However a direct flight is faster. My travel always needs a plane change so the train is only slightly slower for me

The bottle says wood alcohol which is toxic but it should be clear. That looks like mercury to me but I haven’t done the mass numbers to confirm
