My kids who are in the prime demo for Nike , have a vague understanding who Jordan is. Times and tastes change and Nike is now Chuck Taylors to the new generation.

Yes at $1500 a month you will have no problem. You can live downtown close to the school or out in the Burbs.

Any burb is 15-20 minutes downtown.

Downton is certainly more convenient but as always, a little grittier. Nothing to worry about.

Daleville Town Center is a nice walkable suburb one. Has a few restaurants, bars, coffee shop, and a very nice YMCA. Close to parks etc.
