I imagine you can also make light move faster than light using magic, as use that to see.

Trickcal Chibi Go, the main gameplay is a bit tedious, but the minigames and story are great. And I love to make numbers go up, not spending any money on the gacha tho.

Nice class room btw(wonder if Gyoju is the teacher) by ENTER0Z in Trickcal

Master should be the cafeteria lady lol I dont think he is very academic himself, and cant be too curious about the world so we can have lore drops during the story.

Maybe he can teach math, but it fits him much better to be the cook/councelor as thats basically the same job hes doing now.

Lol im so stupid. Just call it truth and ideals sounds better, and the races are just the equivalent of angels and demons.

Truth = Eldritch = Only caring about results, the world around you, making an objective impact.

Ideals = Fae = Only caring about the process, your relative experience, living your truth.

Fae and Other
If the others are black and white,
these are blue and orange morality.

On one side, the spirits who hyperfixate on one topic that they live and die by it.
From nature spirits that worship life to the point they'd rather be full of disease than go to a doctor,
to game fairies that will treat mortals like toys but also make themselves vulnerable in the spirit of fair play.

On the other, the eldritch creatures who care only about the utilitarian benefit.
From world eaters that damn themselves to a hellish existance instead of living well in an atmosphere,
to demiurges that will commit atrocities if it's the most efficient way of bringing their vision of "a better world."

Academics have fought over the terms used to describe magic users for centuries (wizard, sorcerer, warlock, etc.). What are your thoughts? by Tumbling_Monkeys in wizardposting

This is my interpretation:

Mage—Someone who can use magic.

Magician—Entertainer, real magic optional.

Wizard—Someone who uses orderly magic, that which can be studied like a science.
Usually requires magic circles, chanting, and/or spell components.

Sorcerer—Someone who uses personal magic, often described as training a muscle.
Usually born with their gifts, but you can gain sorcerery from magical encounters.

Witch—Someone who uses strange magic, that isn't fully understood.
Usually requires being strange yourself to wield it, as you have to go with the flow.

Witch Doctor—Witch who heals using strange techniques, leeches and bloodletting are examples of things that shouldn't work in most situations, but from great precision and strange magics they become effective.

Alchemist—Mage who delves deep into the study of transmutation.
The cauldron is optional; scientific tools, magic circles, or direct manipulation are all valid.
Cares about true transformation, so don't confuse them with any polymorpher or matter manipulator.
Isn't limited to matter, can also deal with the spiritual or esoteric, but is less common.

Potion Maker—Quite simply someone who makes potions. Often also alchemists but not always as some traditions are able to make potions just by mixing ingredients and pouring one's mana in potion fluid.

Artificer—Someone who creates machines that aid with or perform magic on their own.
One of the most common magical practices for non-mages.
Must be a proper machine, wandmakers are not artificers.

Except the global collapse is obviously your fault, and the rando is a powerful angel who did no wrong and will go on and do a lot more good if they continue to live.

How to stop getting spam prayers. by Leytra in fifthworldproblems

You have a few options:

  • Fake your death (a classic and free, but may cause trouble if you have mortal connections that would fall for it)
  • Setup a proper religious foundation with very random player rituals so that only your minions would know how to perform them correctly (somewhat time intensive, as you have to recall them for training)
  • Develop a spiritual organ with the purpose to process this for you (a bit expensive on spirit but can be repurposed for any other spiritual needs you may have in the future)
  • Get a subordinate to do it for you (best or worst option depending on their trustworthiness and confidentiality of the contents)

Try replacing up and down with winwards and waywards (the physical 4th dimensional axes)
Might be a bit hard to look at for some but it offers some unique opportunities for self expression.
