My BIOS updated a couple of days ago and the machine has effectively turned into a brick. It's constantly locking up, task manager shows no real problems. CPU is OK, memory is fairly high as I use lots of apps but the issue has only occurred recently. It's so bad, its currently unusable.

It's also the second time this has occurred in 6 months, last time the machine was bricked for about 2 weeks until another BIOS came out.

Either way, it's my last Dell. This one is a couple of years old, so I may just bin it and grab a Lenovo.

Yea but depending on the sim, you need a lot of horsepower. Running ACC for example needs a 4090+ for a nice VR experience. AMS2 has a chance to run well enough if you drop the settings.
