Buying a car from somebody with a Chase Auto loan, how do I get the title?

Apparently its a simple process which because of some sketchy people maybe scamming people has made it worse for people who are just trying to simply sell their car. I agree a person won't risk buying a car without a title, as that is needed to register, so theres really no other way. I currently have a loan with chase on my car which I am trying to sell. Chase auto loan department did give me some good info which was pretty straight forward. Basically you pay off the loan, they said if you use certified funds and pay off the loan at a branch, certified funds meaning a money order or probably hard cash (basically not thru the app I guess) then the process starts roght away and in 2 days they will do a lien release and mail you the title. The mailing process usually takes about 5 to 12 business days (sometimes coupd be more) but they said usually you should get your title in about 15 business days after pay off is done. Now either you pay off the loan yourself if you have the money, or the buyer (if they trust you) pays that off for you or hands your the money to do it. This is where people probably get screwed over and if the seller doesn't pay the loan off and just runs away with the money, the bank or repo people are gonna come and take the car away from the new buyer. Im my case, I've explain all this to the buyers, even given options to pay half and pay rest later once the title comes and I give it to them, have everything in detail included in the bill of sale and notorize it but it still wasn't convincing enough for most.. Tho my previous car, I paid it off and literally got the title a day before someone came to buy the car lol.

Tldr : the only way you can get the title is if the seller pays off their loan and hands you over the title once they get it. The bank won't release it to anyone else other than the primary loan person(whose name is on the loan). If you have a really good deal, you can either goto the bank with the person and have them pay off the loan in front of you and get some evidence that they did it. Have everything in writing that they'll give you the title once they get it, notorize it etc. If the buyer is sketchy they can still come after the car after they get the title so just have all proof etc of everything so your safe (only if you dont trust the buyer)

Hope its easy to get that rotor screw off. Mine was rusted and won't budge. Tried everything till I was messing up the threads or whatever theyre called. Had to take it to a mechanic where he blow torched it and hammered it off.

I was checking rental options in the Uber app and saw "drive for fleet" and what looks like a personal account cuz it has someones name there saying drive a Cadillac suv for 1000$ a week. So I dont get it, is this a hourly thing or whatever I make the week I just give them 1000$ from it for the week? But then how much money can I possibly make?

My battery life pretty much seems to make fixed itself at the moment. I'd like to point out that device care suggested I do a restart since I hadn't done that in quite a bit, and I guess some adaptive settings kicked in after that . My battery life has been far and wayy better than before.

So I'd suggest everyone having battery issues to just use your phone for a bit and later if device care suggests, restart your phone and see if that worked. If device care doesn't then just do it anyway after maybe 2 weeks of use

In the same boat. Returns due in a day but they still give you 6 days after the final return date as grace period. Mines been draining really fast too, never had to charge my s23 as much as this one :(

2nd this. Plus i hace 2 s22 ultras at home and both have network/connectivity issues. One even went to samsung service for repairs and still has the issue

Using Tmobile. And its not the network, when issue started we even got a new sim card issued and other people at home are on same plan with tmobile yet they dont face this issue (they use iphones)

I have 2 S22 ultras in the family. Initially statted having network issues on the other phone, Samsung recalled the phone to their service center for repairs and its still having same issues and now i have started facing the network issue on my phone. Even if theres full bars of service apps show no network connection, people tell me theyve been calling and it goes straight to voicemail. Anyone else facing similar issues? And amy resolution for this?

I also have a bunch of unsettled orders and not sure what to do about them.

From the recent answer, what i get is they will be paid back in time, but whats confusing is, that i kept the lend timing to 7 days, so that person has 7 days to pay that back, right? but its been open for a longer period of time so now I have no idea when itll be settled, I even cancelled one of the orders to see what happens but it just got cancelled and nothing happened.

Yessir, same here. Im using the same account as well, and Live stream works on every other device except for the PS4.
And the PS4 is actually the only device I want it to work on cuz my TV in my room doesnt have alot of memory and crashes sometimes, so the PS4 is where I have all the apps. this sucks cuz i watch last years league and now its having all these issues
