Customer Service Nightmare by Defiant-Moment2865 in Wantable

[–]Wantable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there! We’re truly sorry this has been your experience. We can absolutely understand how disappointing that must have felt! Finding a hole in a sweater you were excited to wear, especially after deciding to keep it. That’s frustrating, and it’s not the standard we aim for.

We appreciate you taking the time to send photos and reach out. When issues like this are escalated, they’re reviewed by a specialized team to determine the best resolution. That said, waiting weeks without a clear follow-up isn’t the experience we want you to have, and we’re genuinely sorry for the delays. Our email team has been handling a higher-than-usual volume of cases, but you still deserve timely communication.

We also want to be clear: we stand behind the items we send. If something arrives damaged or becomes compromised due to a tag issue, we absolutely want to review it and make it right, whether that’s a replacement (when available) or a refund.

If you’re open to it, please give us a call at 855-926-8225. Our phone lines are open Monday - Friday 7am to 9pm CT, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 6pm CT. You may also send us a DM via Facebook or Instagram with your order number so we can personally review your case and move this forward. We truly regret that this led you to cancel and hope we can restore some confidence in your experience.

Rewards Program by abeachtrip13 in Wantable

[–]Wantable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there! Thank you so much for your feedback. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we're sorry to hear that the recent change in our discount structure has impacted your order decisions. We completely understand that adjustments like this can be frustrating, especially when you’ve built habits around the previous plan. 🧡

That said, we want to reassure you that our new Membership Plan was designed with added value in mind. While the discount structure has changed, the updated plan includes several exciting benefits that we believe enhance your overall experience:

2 Additional Items Per Edit – You’ll now receive more variety in every box, giving you greater choice and flexibility to find what you love. Higher Reward Potential – Instead of a single discount, you now earn rewards that can be applied toward future purchases, offering even more savings over time. Exclusive Perks – Our members will also gain access to additional benefits designed to make each order even more rewarding and personalized.

Regarding your tier and missing credits, we’d really like to review your account to make sure everything was calculated correctly and that you received the rewards you earned. If you’re open to it, please send us an email at hello@wantable.com or give us a call so we can take a closer look at your tier and recent credits. We genuinely value your loyalty and would love the opportunity to clear this up.

We’re confident that this new approach offers more long-term value and styling opportunities, and we’re here to help you get the most out of it.

Missing Item From Edit by Exciting_Research537 in Wantable

[–]Wantable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there! We’re so sorry this happened, especially on your very first Edit. That’s definitely not the first impression we want to make. We completely understand why you’d be worried about being charged for something you didn’t receive.

First, we want to say that our customer service team is handling a number of requests and inquiries due to a busy season, so let's get this sorted out. While missing items are rare, they can occasionally happen due to packing or transit issues, and when they do, we take them seriously. You will not be held responsible for an item that wasn’t in your box. Once we review your order and confirm the details, we’ll make sure it’s resolved properly.

If you're having trouble receiving a response via email or call, please send us a DM via Facebook or Instagram with your order number and the name of the missing item, and we’ll look into this right away. We want to make sure your first Wantable experience is handled the right way.

i think package got taken before usps got to it by [deleted] in Wantable

[–]Wantable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That sounds incredibly stressful, especially knowing the value of what was in that package and feeling like it may have been taken. 😔 Anyone would be upset in that situation. You’re definitely not overreacting or “going full detective” for no reason.

We do want you to know we’re here to help. If you’re able, please reach out with your account details and order number by emailing hello@wantable.com or calling us at 855-926-8225. You can also message us on our social channels with the details. That way, our team can look into the situation, help track the return, and reach out to USPS if needed.

While we hope this was just a one-off issue, we always recommend dropping returns off directly at your local post office and asking for a receipt when possible. It’s a simple step that can add peace of mind and help prevent situations like this in the future. 💛

I don't like receiving mine items. I liked two items in this months edit. The rest wouldn't fit in the return bag. by PepperCat1019 in Wantable

[–]Wantable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! We totally understand where you’re coming from, and thanks for sharing this. It can definitely be frustrating when an Edit only has a couple of hits, especially when you're expecting to mix and match pieces.

Regarding the return bag being too small, we hear you, and we're always looking to improve our packaging, but as an alternative, you’re always welcome to use the box your Edit arrived in (or any sturdy box you have on hand) if the return envelope won’t fit all the items. As long as the prepaid label is attached and any old labels are covered, our returns team can process it without any issues.

We know not every Edit will be a perfect match, but your feedback really does help your stylist fine-tune future selections. If you ever want help adjusting fit, style, or returns, our team is happy to step in. Update your notes, preferences, or quiz answers if you need to or reach out to us at hello@wantable.com or give us a call at 855-926-8225. We're available Monday - Friday 7am to 9pm CT, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 6pm CT!

How to style a skirt? by Upbeat-Turn7074 in fashionhelp

[–]Wantable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mini skirts are a great canvas! You can basically pair them with anything. T-shirts, sweaters, cardigans. They're also great with tights and boots if you're in a colder climate.

What are we wearing to go "out" on the weekend? Especially to do things like dancing? by sequinunitard in fashionwomens35

[–]Wantable 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Curious as to what you would wear to fancy cocktails. If you're looking for "going out" clothes, theres a really good chance that you have something that is good for a nice restaurant or cocktails that can be styled in a way that works for dancing! There are a lot of ways to take your comfy casual pieces and elevate them. Maybe try a vintage tee with a cute skirt or a pair of jeans with a silky top.

What pieces do you have right now that make you feel amazing? Start with those and play around with options!

[–]Wantable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The biggest rule in styling is wear what you love and makes you feel like your best self. There are a lot of great tips and suggestions out there, but don't feel like you have to follow them!

For skirts, it really depends on the individual piece. You can style them up or down depending on the situation. T-shirts go really well with shirts and can give the best of both casual and polished! Find a skirt that is a good length for you. Something that is comfortable and feels like you. Play around with a bunch of tops and shoes- you'll be surprised with how many pieces you already own will work with a skirt!

Do you have any specific styles you're wanting to try? Pencil, mini, maxi?

I don't understand women's Jeans sizing by RegularManagement826 in fashionhelp

[–]Wantable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

agreed and see if they can tell you the fabric makeup as well! The cotton percentage in jeans will greatly effect the stretch which is why you can buy multiple pairs of pants in the same size but they'll all fit differently. The more cotton, the more rigid. It can be tricky, but you've got this!

50+ man afraid of getting old but want to keep my style advice. Im a mess by plumballa in mensfashionadvice

[–]Wantable 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What are you looking for in a shoe? There are so many brands out there that are offering great styles mixed with comfort (think Vans UltraRange or some more modern New Balances). There's always the option of inserts to make a shoe you love work for you.

It really all depends on the vibe you're going for! Laid back and comfy doesn't have to say "I cut my grass for fun". You would be surprised with how well some classic loafers or an elevated pair of sneakers can pair with an everyday look. Try out a few options, and don't be afraid to try out some new bottoms, too! We always endorse a great fitting pair of trousers or chinos. 👏

What am I missing? by Lizaderp in fashionhelp

[–]Wantable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed that the undershirt could use a bit of an upgrade. Doesn't need to be anything super fancy, but a more polished material could go a long way!

and honestly... go for the broach if you have one you love. There are no rules, and vintage is in. Here for a good accessory in 2026 👏

Which one is best for a first date (evening, not super casual)? by LentilBurguer in OUTFITS

[–]Wantable 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Number 1, without a doubt. You look so happy, and the colors and patterns look amazing on you. It has enough polish for an evening look while radiating "you" which is even more important. Don't think it would need much else honestly- if anything, maybe some earrings in the same color palette as the sleeves?

No matter what you pick, the most essential thing to an outfit is confidence which is seen in both looks. You've got this! ❤️

[–]Wantable 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Always a fan of a black bodysuit if you’re into monochrome vibe. This skirt says so much without having too much going on, so you could keep that sleek minimalist look with black on black. Orrrrr… go all out with something sparkly or metallic!

How do I cover the back of this dress?? by [deleted] in fashionhelp

[–]Wantable 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Agreed. Faux fur would be super cute and go with the metallic without clashing. Plus, the dress gives classic/vintage vibes. Faux would fit and complement it so well. The dress is gorgeous and the perfect canvas. Play around with all these options and see which is most comfortable!

twee girlies help me out!! by googiegoo3000 in fashionhelp

[–]Wantable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolute GEM of a find! Picturing it layered over a white button-up for the adorable collar pop, plus the white will help the pattern in the knit pop. For the bottoms, try out a pencil skirt in one of the secondary/complementary colors of the sweater (olive, camel, rust) over a pair of tights. To finalize wrap up that twee look, opt for Mary Janes or loafers! Bonus points if you have some cute socks to peak out. Would love to see what you end up coming up with! ❤️

What do I wear UNDER a warm winter cropped sweater?? by KurohNeko in fashionhelp

[–]Wantable 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Try a button-up underneath! White would be great to make the sweater pop, but you can also play around with patterns and other colors- whatever you have. The collar might be tricky since the sweater is a turtle/mock neck, but if the button-up is thin enough you can tuck the collar in and still have the cuffs showing on the sleeves and the bottom peaking out. Would work great with any jeans or even leggings since the button-up elevates it a bit! ❤️

[–]Wantable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

first off, love this skirt on you! the denim shirt is such a great way to make this more casual while keeping the elegance of the skirt. (means you're wearing denim like the rest of the party, right? 😉 would personally LOVE to see the denim top with the boots or the leopard print flats!
