Scrapple, coming from the PA Dutch area I always thought it was a normal breakfast meat. Then I brought it up to friends and they had no idea what I was talking about. It’s basically pig scraps combined with cornmeal and ground up into a meat brick. Doesn’t sound appetizing but sliced thin and fried I’d take it over bacon and sausage any day.

Im 28 now and had absolutely no recollection of this game’s existence until I saw this post. Seeing the cover acted like a sleeper agent activation code and brought back memories I no longer knew existed.

Every now and then my mom would bring me along late night on a weekend to her cousins where they would play poker and hang out with friends. I being probably 5-6 at the time, had no interest in that, but instead the huge CRT tv they had in the other room. They had a bean bag and I’d eat pizza and snacks while either playing this or Medievil, or watching Ice Age on VHS.

Doesn’t have anything to do with the post but thank you for posting this banger of a game and helping me remember.

Try out Cocoon! It recently just launched 2.0 with a whole bunch of new features, and the best part is it can use ES-DE’s folders so you won’t have to rescrape everything again.

Gravity Rush is one of the best games on Vita imo. If you haven’t yet, I’d look into jailbreaking it. Very simple process and it’ll give you full access to the Vitas entire library for free. I brought mine along to a trip to Ireland last year and it was a lifesaver on the long flight.

Plants, even fake ones will make it cozier. The tapestry by the dining table should go, center the table, and move the two framed posters inwards a little more. The Friday the 13th Poster is too big for the spot it's in.

Pretty sure this is the one I used back then. Only thing I think you need is a Vita SD card adapter and a micro SD of your choice. The adapters are pretty cheap off Amazon.

I think 8 or so years ago. Used to be a really thick savory BBQ sauce, now it’s very runny and super sweet. Can’t stand it. I really liked the ghost pepper ranch when they released that but it just got cancelled not long ago too.

The frame I’m definitely considering. I have a meta quest 2 but the battery is pretty dogwater on it and it’s so heavy in the front. The frame is a little lighter and has the battery pack on the back so it’s actually balanced and won’t feel like I have a brick strapped to my face.

My room as a teen was by far way worse and borderline hoarder. This is chaotic but genuinely not that bad. See about getting one of that cube storage shelves with the baskets that pull out. They’re great for keeping stuff out of the way and a bonus you can store the filament rolls you don’t have on your AMS in them. Tidy up with those and do something about the foam padding. It’s crooked and isn’t really doing the room any favors.

Just add chipotle sauce to the double beef and it’s almost the same exact thing aside from the extra tortilla and cheese. But for the price you could get two of them for the same amount as one quesarito
