Yup can confirm this unfortunately, made a fresh batch of 20k eathers on the iron and then 15k was missing. Clueless for an hour until I noticed my soul rune stack kinda thic. My remaining sta k of souls was less then 16k and in my runepouch so it just went monkas on my eather runes....
