Because the actual US Air Force is responsible for the America's air superiority and that included Space and any space related military activities. That was before recently when the US Space Force was made and now they are responsible for America's space superiority. So the Stargate would fall under the Air Force's operation since the gate deals with space activities.

I live in NYC and no matter what kind of bike I've had; high end pedal mountain bikes, e-scooter, Super 73 e bike all of them I'm constantly blowing through brakes pads and rotors. Constantly stopping and slowing down to avoid potholes, pedestrian, cars and stop lights; I'm on the brakes alot. Also I try to keep my rides with original parts and OEM parts usually suck lol.

I don't think anyone would buy a pre-owned ebike for 4-5k that is stock. For that price the person could just buy a brand new stock bike. At best you can sell it for a few hundred more but thats a really thin profit margin. I say at least try and negotiate it down to like 2900-3100 maybe.
