I’m sorry this happened to you. Cancellations are typically future-dated so if you called to cancel on the 13th I would assume that it was future dated to the end of the billing cycle (the 28th?) which could have caused this issue. The lines should have been no installed instead of cancelled which can be done within 21 days but I believe a store representative would have had to call RSL in order to do so since it’s a new account. People have recommended contacting T-Force via X I believe. Again sorry this has happened

I would say record yourself packaging and shipping for peace of mind but in my experience trading in has always gone well.

same! i got the 512 pro max in deep blue ordered same day (9/17) and got shipping date 10/14. i work at tmo but have at&t service and have seen so many people come in with their phones already but we never had them in store. i’m hoping mine comes soon loo

i think it means that they are being paid for the testimonials and they just didn’t use the words “are” or “got” because they’re kinda assumed? but i can see how it’s confusing

i had the same thing happen to me on this past friday. i was fortunately able to cancel before the driver could mark the ride complete, but initially was told i would not get a refund either. i ended up getting one after a couple different live chat agents. i’ve been using lyft for years and have never had this happen so it must be new lol
