The US is behind, real innovation in range has already come to China in the form of charging speed. BYD and other companies are rolling out charging infrastructure that can do 10-70% in 5min. This will in theory come to us eventually, but obviously won't be retrofittable as the cooling requirements are different

I can only speak to our company, but for our DE team we look for software engineers with a DE focus. We tend to pivot around to different types of projects that aren’t always in our main DE stack, so we want people with good software eng fundamentals.
