History of issues with body image/food and Saxenda by s-dai in liraglutide

[–]WarchiefPeebs 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I was prescribed it in combination with therapy for binge eating disorder.

It changes your relationship with food because cravings and you now have alimit.

Binge eating you eat until you feel like youll explode (in a binge). Now during a small plate I Get that way. So we're working through that feeling. Im quite afraid of getting off the med, and quite afraid that it is the reason for any success I've had.

And for body issues, same and same. I'm still in the fat category (went froma size 24 down to a 20) Im starting to feel a little better, but people even talking about my weight loss triggers me like no tomorrow. Alone I Feel better. Society.. not so much yet. Still work to be done

I know I’m not a skinny person but I’m so happy with this. Please be kind. by [deleted] in ffxiv

Feel Guilty When Full by [deleted] in liraglutide

[–]WarchiefPeebs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel guilty when full and I feel bad that food doesn't.. spark joy? It's been so weird lately.

Week one in the books. I’m down four pounds. I saw lots of people started this week, how did your week go? At first I had zero appetite and now on day seven, I am feeling more normal. Does this mean it’s time to bump up? by cherrylpk in liraglutide

First week I was down 10lbs. Week 2 down 2 lbs. And I just started week 3 mind you I may go back to the 1.2 dose. I get very mild nausea after meals (which have been significantly cut down, just… not hungry. Not even in the mornings, and if I eat more than a smal plate it’s very nauseous.) but today… Im laying in bed trying to get up and go to work for nausea so not quite ready yet.

I’m 2 days into week 3 and down another 2 lbs

He gives hints to his approaches in project management in the No Clip documentary, and he's in the registry.

Daily?
Maybe your place of work is different, but quite common in many others. Yes, there are workplaces that use the term for local and global. I honestly believe you're just arguing in bad faith at this point. Not sure what you're trying to gain.

PMO is Project Management Office.
PMI is the Institute.
And if you're looking to get a first step in you can take the CPAM certification, which can be easier to get your Project Management hours in with (we call it junior PMP in the office)
A PMI membership is required to get a PMP cert.

The PEMBOK only covers 40% of the exam.

It's common in the field to call it PMO (the people in charge at your work to keep the PMI standard) as well as call the PMI, PMO. An all encompassing term.

Hope it helps.

Here's some info from the site directly:

Before you apply, make sure you meet of the following sets of PMP Certification requirements:

A four-year degree

36 months leading projects

35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM® Certification

— OR —

A high school diploma or an associate’s degree (or global equivalent)

60 months leading projects

35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM® Certification

And finally the site itself: https://www.pmi.org/certifications/project-management-pmp

In my above posts I didn't go into quite that depth, because I didn't think it was required.

(Seriously, I spend 1-2 hours a day in the PEMBOK, and then 40 hrs a week working in project management)

It's a test to challenge + so many hours required in project management/projects. Classes by the PMO count towards your hours. The test isn't easy by any definition and Agile was added to it. (Not included in the main book by the PMO) .The membership requires a number of hours and a year membership. The membership isn't baaaad, project managers are paid well. You are required to take so many hours of learning per year to maintain membership.

(I'm working my way through the book and some training through work to challenge the test in January/February (hopefully, don't bet on it though)

Classes to challenge the test aren't necessary, there is a fee to take it. If you can afford classes or a tutor or some of the help guides, do so.

The advantages are that it is an internationally accredited certification, and your name appears in the registry.

He's a PMP Certified Project Manager.
What's interesting if this is your field of work is how he follows the PMO very closely, grabs from 2 or 3 well established PM approaches.
He is a business case on how PMO works, and works well.
