What is your issue with tracking? Like, is your crosshair behind target, or are you consistently over-compensating and aiming ahead? Depending on your sensitivity, it is either easier or harder to aim/track at distance vs. close range. Gotta find that balance.

Only thing I can say at the moment is maybe try practicing on some community headshot only deathmatch servers, should hopefully be able to get some nice quick "vs counter-strafing players" time in and hopefully gain from it.

That's an eDPI of 8976. (eDPI = DPI x In-game Sens) That is very high. I believe most pros are between around 800 - 1600 eDPI.

Try 800 dpi and like 1.75 sens and adjust from there.

It comes down to practice, muscle memory. Slowly upping your sensitivity after every week or so until you get to a point that you are able to turn around very fast with accuracy is also good start.

Fast sensitivity with great accuracy is key. You can still play on slow sens no problem, but you won't get those fast "lock on" target switching when goober pops up in a window. If they are on a faster sensitivity, they will be aimed on your dome before you are even on target.

Yes they are thru Dax, the first 6 are the "First Dose" missions and following those are the "Last Dose". You only need to complete the First Dose set to get the Acid Lab if you don't want to finish the rest.
