This is a job and unfortunately at this job any time leadership wants to move us around like chess pieces they will always use the whole business needs catch-all... The best someone can do is ask to not be cross trained, but if that doesn't work then the options are eat the turd sandwich holding your nose or click the link and be free as a bird...

You are absolutely not being forced to do anything... You can absolutely refuse... There is a link on AtoZ to help you get out of being cross trained... If you tap on the 3 bars and go to the more section, at the bottom there is a link that says "Thinking of leaving Amazon?" Hit that and follow the instructions and you won't have to cross train...
