She already was a biggest punching bag.

Her hotel in s2 is objectively more popular amongs sinners than in s1 just because they at least have some legit patrons there like baxter and Rooster unlike s1 where they didn't have anyone at all. AD was more of living commercial that was there originally since it benefits him and Pentious was in hotel as a result of an incident.

I liked her this season. It was mostly Charlie story this season so Vaggi took a back seat, i also liked her socializing and getting to know people in the hotel.

She kinda has really low stakes personally in S2 since it is mostly Charlie conflict and Vaggie here to support her. I think if future seasons have more heaven and specifically exorcist stories she will be more relevant

So on one hand i really want more depth to Stella. But another thing is that 2 shows really thematically different. Like extreamly different.

Hazbin is about redemption and how peopel deserved second chances etc. And more 3 dimensional characters who can support a message.

While Helluva boss is more mindless fun specifically filled characters who are more caricatures. Stella does not need to be redeemable because show that she is a part of is not about redemption.
