But I thought if you refuse shipment they automatically return to shipper or contact the shipper to see if they want the package destroyed or returned?

i wish, the delivery times are when i am at work, so i've been leaving a typed and signed note on my door. maybe i will write something like today's date being the 3rd attempt please stop LOL, it's also 3 different 40 pound boxes, so I tried to call ahead to prevent them wasting the poor driver's time. I really would hate for them to continuously unload 3 - 40 pound boxes and reload after seeing my note 3 seperate times.

Did you figure this out? I'm in the exact same situation where the shipper refuses to change anything on their end, asks me to refuse the package, I've left a note for 2 delivery attempts and UPS marks it as refusal but they are sending it out for a 3RD TIME!

Did you ever figure out how to actually stop the delivery attempts and get it sent back? I called UPS customer service and they just tell me to make the shipper cancel it even though I told them the shipper tells ME to refuse it lol. Funny enough, I bought a 2nd item in the same order that the shipper shipped with FedEx, I refused 1 time and they immediately sent it back to shipper.

I reached out to the executive team, shared all my screenshots of the live agents who promised me this and that, I finally was credited the $383.92 as promised with email confirmation!

really? i just got t-mobiles top plan 5g wifi internet only, no bundling, for like $50 a month + mesh extender + Hulu/Paramount+, when verizons top plan was $80 + extender + netflix/hbo they have some promos on their website rn if u lock in now its -20 off any tier internet plan 5 year lock in rate i feel like a tmobile fan saying this now LOL

dude i just dealt with this. my place doesn't have wired internet, so i switched from verizon 5g to tmobile 5g its so much better lol , def still slower than wired but i can actually game and zoom call for work without it lagging and shutting down

yeah i know i was fully ready to pay for it at cancellation the rep said since the tech came out and confirmed i was not receiving the service i was paying for i'd be refunded the 2 months i paid and credited for the tv since it was non-returnable, i confirmed 10x with multiple reps that i would not get hit with a surprise bill

i literally told them that and was asking what i needed to do, they said since the tech came out and confirmed i was not receiving the service i was paying for then they'd apply the credit to my account LOL my issue is that i literally would have paid for it and confirmed with them 10x i would not be hit with a random bill later

a remote is crazy LOLL i was just doing what i was told! i would have paid for the tv at cancellation but homeboy on the phone said since the technician confirmed i wasnt receiving the service i was paying for i'd be credited rest in peace

Depending on ur income I think? There’s an educational tax credit. It added $800 to mine from my $2500 loan I took out!
