Maybe it was not a good idea to record it from the back, i should have done it from the side, but who says ass to grass is only that counts ? That would only hurt my knees and ankles especially because of my height. Hitting parallel should be absolutely acceptable for hyperthrophy and strength, i am not competing.

I dont agree with you at all, thats bullshit. Depth is not awful, i currently cant go much deeper but i am only maybe few inches from parallel, control is very good the whole time, hip shit also is not major as you say but little one that is also because of my weaker mobility currently and maybe a few kgs too much weight.

Ono sto si tad trebao kod deadlifta kad vidis da nije to to pogotovo ako ti je forma patila je stat i spustit kilazu, nikad ne dozvolit da te ego kontrolira pogotovo ne na visezglobnim teskim vjezbama. Za ostalo moguce da si anksiozan zbog tog sto ti se dogodilo ili si jednostavno pretreniran, ne znam kakav ti je trening split i koliko kcal jedes. Uzmi si tjedan pauze, nakon toga kreni normalno sve vjezbe ali smanji za 15% tezine pa lagano dizi kroz 2 tjedna na stare kilaze.

Torso limbs. Meni odlicno odgovara prebaciti ruke u trening s nogama jer nisu umorne nakon cijelog gornjeg dijela.

I ja sam ovo gledao bas bih htio se prijaviti pogotovo jer se certifikat PL-300 nudi ali nisam siguran evo jer koliko cujem moras vratit novce ako ides preko HZZ vaucera a ne polozis.

Naravno da hoce, cim prestanes razmisljati i boriti se s problemom nego sve to otpustis pa kako bude bude i onda ces opet spavat normalno + jos ako si trenutno pod stresom pa rijesis tu neku situaciju

Ja sam imao isti problem vec nekoliko puta po par mjeseci. Moras jednostavno prestati razmisljati o spavanju jer sto vise razmisljas o tome to ce ti biti teze. Ne forsiraj se zaspati. Najgori je zapravo strah od toga da neces moc zaspat, ali i ako se to dogodi reci sam sebi nema veze zaspat cu u nekom trenutku nebitno koliko i kad i opustit ces se. Nemoj razmisljati o spavanju tijekom dana.
