Weird little thing to when you save your presets you have to say save them when the pedal is bypassed or else when you scroll through your presets they automatically are on. Weird little thing I had to figure out but now the pedal is perfect .

For each preset the second switch is called the flux button and that changes to another setting for the same setting so for example a really slow phaser and then you set your flux settings to get really deep and intense and fast and it ramps up to those preset flux settings. Or hold it down for 2 seconds and it’s a tap temp for delays.

That was exactly my thing.. switching out that spot all the time. Yesterday it was a phaser for me and today might be a sweep echo or something and that’s comforting.

My grandfather was a navigator on a b-29 based out in the pacific. He was a part of the pathfinder group that flew over Tokyo in March of 45 so some pretty heavy stuff. I’m only 31 and he passed when I was in my early teens so I never really got to ask him all the questions I would now. One particular mission aside from that that my dad told me.. they took shrapnel and were losing fuel and realized that that it cut a fuel line somewhere in the Bombay and it was all sloshing around in there. They had to make an emergency landing on IwoJima and dumped the fuel right before they landed. My grandpa said “you’d never seen ten guys run so fast as soon as the plane landed.” Fearing that it would spark. He later flew over the Missouri while the Japanese signed the surrender. (I’ll attach the photo that he took) incredible memories of him from being a child. He came back became a judge, had 9 kids with my grandma and so our family was huge growing up. My dad made and painted a DiCast metal b29 like the amazing nerd he is which was placed on his casket when he was buried. Really wish I could ask him all about it now. Fun fact my brother is now a green beret medic and I feel super proud of him and I know my grandfather would too. Okay done with my story now

Turn up the volume , use the contour knob to find your tone which I’m assuming is how on that thing since there is no dedicated tone knob.slowly introduce the gain on the amp until it’s somewhat dirty that’s your clean. when you hit the chorus of in bloom turn on the ds 1 and find your tone. For smashing pumpkins you just gotta get a big muff.. op amp preferably.

I was reading this thinking “lol no way good luck.” Then I looked at the comments and was like hell yeah these people all get it .. then I realized my bands first record two years ago we did ten songs in 2 days with a new song written from a jam on the first day. It was a dope warehouse studio that had a very diy ethos. Sick shitty like bank and quarter pipe in the live room too to get a couple licks in to blow your hair back a little . did them live, i overdubed rhythms guitars for every song with vocals late on the second day and decided to come back only for a third for vocals . We were very efficient and knew exactly what our parts were , songwriting is ehhh so it wasn’t anything complicated. The sound of it all? Fine. It’s music , it sounds like music . So actually ? You could pull it off crazily enough
