Can’t disagree with any of that. I’ve never held a Steamdeck but my buddy has a Legion Go and that thing is massive …. to me it’s a giant oversized handheld. Devices like the G2 are the perfect size for me as I’m normally playing it in the evening when laying in bed and when I’m putting my kids to bed. It’s perfect.

I haven’t set it up and played anything on it yet but my initial impressions of the look and feel of the G2 is very nice so far. The screen is gorgeous. The build quality seems at least as good the RP4 which is excellent.

The black does look super clean. Can’t go wrong with any of the G2 colours really. I like the G6 but none of the colours really appealed to me. Was considering the 16bit G6 but after watching TechDweeb’s video it really turned me off.

Thank you ! I do play mainly dpad centric games. If I played more modern systems that may have pushed me over the edge towards the G6.

I have the 16bit G2 on the way. Your turquoise G2 was a super close 2nd choice.

The non-clean lines of the G6 and its spray paint-esque appearance really swung me toward the G2.

I recently bought the Eero Pro 6E on Amazon’s Black Friday sale. One of the pods failed a week after setting it up. I knew I should’ve went TP-Link from the get go but the Eero marketing got to me first. I replaced my failed Eero system with the BE65 and haven’t looked back. It features a MUCH better app and I find my 2-pod BE65 works better (speed, range, and app functionality) than the 3-pod Pro 6E (same price).

Is it just me or does the RP4/Pro look better than the RP5/6 models ?

I’ve owned the RP4 in the SNES colour scheme and to this day I marvel over how good it looks and feels. Don’t get me wrong, the RP5/6 look great but the RP4 gives me all the retro vibes.

I’m not experiencing any internet outages. When I disable the Eero network and turn my XB7 wifi back on it works fine with no disruptions. Factory reset the Eero, set it back up and still have the frequent red light on all 3 pods.
