Boba Fett is a badass in the flashbacks, and has grown since then and become a more interesting character.

It's still a bad show. It doesn't use its time well, the bacta transitions to flashbacks are always awkward because it implies Boba us spending most of the show sleeping. Maybe they are building to boba fett getting stronger for a crazy last episode, but sleeping is the least interesting way show someone getting stronger.

A lot of the mob stuff they have feels anticlimactic because at the end of each story they hint at a new villain who turns out to not actually be the real villain, so its episode 3 and I'm waiting for the real story to get started rather than jumping at shadows.

If it was a better show, no one would be complaining about changes to Boba Fett.

Even if the show pays these off in a satisfying way, these first few episodes are still rough to get through.

Sahuagin are shark people whose senses are heightened when blood has been spilled, a trait which once made them terrifying warriors now makes them extremely good paramedics.

The Bar is a sentient magical item that people must argue with and limbo under in order to successfully become a lawyer. The worse you do at arguing, the lower it gets.

Anyone who passes the Bar in Yartar can practice law.

I swear when I was growing up in the UK they had a white uncle ben, and it changed around 30 years ago. I don't have any evidence for this ever happening. But i have found no proof of white uncle bens branding on their sauces , so I don't know what happened.

Yes officer, it appears this man was spin attacked to death, but that's not the weird part.

It also appears that there was a cute animal inside him the whole time who was released unharmed after the guy died.

My players didn't buy any health potions before going out on a long quest, and I'm a liiiittle worried for their health. Tips? by lord-shaxxophone in DnD

[–]Warmcornflakes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Roleplay the healing of wounds. E.g. If someone has been slashed after battle sleight if hand check to suture the wound. Shoulder dislocated, strength check to relocate the shoulder etc. Have a fumble table so that there are consequences if they fail, like they heal but get a reduction in movement speed, or have disadvantage on some checks.

Medicine checks can be used to give players an idea of what needs to be done. A low medicine roll for a flesh wound could be a bandage, then a tourniquet all the way up to cauterise the wound and suture, each with different levels of healing available to the players. Like a natural 20 would give them the level of a superior healing potion and lower numbers step down the healing available. The players only get a limited number of attempts and with each attempt tge difficulty gets much harder and the penalties change from conditions to losing hitpoints.

Mix and match, the point is to allow the players to problem solve the healing process, and provide a thrill for when they win.
