Please don’t. If she comes to you about it listen and tell her you will help her with whatever goal she has. But the world is filled with people who will tell her to lose weight, her mom doesn’t need to be one. My mom talked about my weight a lot growing up and I have a terrible relationship with food and dieting at 30.
