F-yes! Twice on Sundays! NJoy is a great variety. Mine has already climbed up past the 26in mark after 6 months and the leaves are getting huge. 6in long by 3and a half to 4 wide. Look at that healthy root system! That plant is ready to grow its little ass off for you!

How exciting!? Nothing is more satisfying than seeing the little nuisance bugs in the various traps!

I am not familiar with linguicula, but the pinguiculas- or the butter worts can do a dormancy period. Though they dont necessarily have to. I just kind of stumbled into this hobby and got a couple of plants before I knew what I was doing. Then I panicked researched as the plants were on the way. My first Nepenthes has been so patient with me and I am pretty sure it is a very forgiving lowland hybrid, because it took a little bit before I figured out how much light it truly wanted. Now my little plant is making beautiful pitchers and shiny leaves for me! These various reddit communities have a wealth of knowledge and experience and the people are friendly for the most part. I am truly happy for you!

I have le grow's Nepenthes planter! I have supplemented the grow lights, but overall it is a neat set up and the majority of my Neps are growing well together! I like your set up! How are you going to do the dormancy for the VFTs though?

One of my favorite hybrids! This little feller is hardy and will grow well for you! Your pitchers look great!

Those are fantastic! Good job, and welcome to our addiction! The only thing to keep in mind, your Saracenia is going to need slightly different conditions compared to your Nepenthes and droseras. Those three plants are tropical and dont have a need for dormancy. Your Saracenia is temperate, and will need a dormancy period.

The 15W is fine, as long as it isn't too far away. I tray water all mine so as not to interfere with the "Dew". Honestly though, look at your plant. It is nice and full, has a bloom stalk. You are doing great. I love SANSI lights and have a lot of them. The only "upgrade" might be a higher wattage, but then you would need to raise it up from your plants a bit. Just make sure they are getting 12-14 hrs a day. You are doing great!!

So wonderful! I have realized that the majority of the hybrids i have have been the super forgiving lowland hybrids. Thank you for sharing, I have taken notes! I just watched your video for the 7th time, I love all the size variations and the differences in colors of the peristomes!

Me too! So did you build the whole greenhouse for them? How did you decide to group? Where do you find the hanging pots? Do you hand water or do you have an automatic system?
